With over 25 years of experience in public administration and human services specializing in quality enhancement and technology initiatives for individuals with disabilities, I have witnessed organizations struggle to manage the growing demands of service provision. Many solutions exist, yet organizations often are not aware of them, how to integrate them effectively, and how to leverage technology for greater efficiency and impact

Our mission

Our history

To lead health and human service organizations in leveraging technology to create more inclusive, efficient, and effective systems that improve the lives of individuals and communities they serve.   Focused on empowering people with disabilities, we facilitate equitable access to technology, to promote the realization of key social determinants of health.

Jennifer A. Petersen is a blueprint builder behind the tech equity movement, a visionary who didn’t just talk about access but designed the system to deliver it. Her institutional capacity roadmap isn’t a set of goals; it’s a full-on infrastructure revolution that turned policy into people-centered action.

Jennifer A. Petersen is a blueprint builder behind the tech equity movement, a visionary who didn’t just talk about access but designed the system to deliver it. Her institutional capacity roadmap isn’t a set of goals; it’s a full-on infrastructure revolution that turned policy into people-centered action.

She didn’t just help launch Massachusetts’ Supportive Technology initiative, she engineered its foundation. From piloting life-enhancing VR modules to securing federal waivers and designing innovation grants, she carved pathways where none existed. Her work bridges gaps in autonomy, equity, and service delivery, and she embedded quality assurance, stakeholder education, and systemic sustainability at every turn.

Her leadership didn’t build programs. It built momentum!
