Jennifer A. Petersen is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in public administration and human services, specializing in quality enhancement and technology initiatives for individuals with developmental disabilities. She most recently served as the Director of Supportive Technology for the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) in Massachusetts, where she led the DDS Technology Forward Initiative. In this role, she worked collaboratively with stakeholders to introduce innovative services like Assistive Technology and Remote Supports & Monitoring, driving system-wide improvements and fostering a problem-solving culture.
